CTS has nothing on this guy. This little virus has been my best coach for years now. It always tells me when I need to take a break. I used to get angry about missing training when I got sick. Now I realize that time off is actually 'WHEN' you get faster. And since it was -15F last night he could not have come at a better time. If you would also like to secure the services of my personal trainer for yourself let me know within the next couple days and we can arrange a meeting. ACHOO!

Since I am a science geek, I just wanted to let you know that your picture does not show a common cold virus but is instead a picture of a bacteriophage (viruses that infect only bacteria; this one looks like T2 or T4 specific to E. coli). Or unless this means you are really a microbe instead of human? Rhinovirus is the most common form of cold virus. Hope you feel better soon. Here is a better picture.

I also have to keep in mind that Goke is one of my regular readers, so I have to dumb things down quite a bit.
Yes, bacteriophage are really cool. They really look like robots based on electron micrograph photos. And your "former bike mechanic" biking blog is one of the most clever out there. I'm surprised Goke can understand it?
