I've decided to try out the Jan Ullrich diet this winter. When you just can't afford Spam, reach for the Treet.
Throw that trainer in the trash and get out there and enjoy nature!

I just did the 30 miles round trip on the Freddy to Killbucky trail. About 19 degrees and 9 chill factor. Whole trail was plowed...only 1 inch or less the whole way.
